Drone Operators Liberated Three Ukrainian Soldiers From Captivity

The drones of the 1st Tank Brigade “Severia” successfully drove Russian invaders away from the captured Ukrainian soldiers.

A video of the operation was shared on the official page of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

The mission began after the enemy had taken three Ukrainian soldiers captive and was attempting to move them toward their positions.

Throughout this time, a drone monitored their movement, and after stopping the Russian soldiers, it began dropping ammunition on them.

The Russian invaders decided to abandon their positions, to save their lives, leaving the Ukrainian soldiers at the spot where they had likely planned to return and take them later.

Without wasting any time, the defenders began to retreat, and the drone from the tank brigade helped the soldiers navigate and successfully reach the positions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

“Coordinated actions and precise drops by Ukrainian drones forced the enemy to flee and leave the prisoners behind,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine wrote.

Such acts of courage on the part of Ukrainian soldiers are common along the entire front line. For example, in December 2023, a single Ukrainian soldier held back a group of ten Russian servicemen who were storming Ukrainian positions.

The footage features a Ukrainian warrior throwing grenades at the invaders and shelling them with an assault rifle. The 10th Mountain Assault Brigade ‘Edelweiss’ reported that the battle had ended with dead and wounded invaders, who had methodically been destroyed by Ukrainian artillery and drones.

Militarnyi previously reported that two soldiers from the 425th “Skala” Separate Assault Regiment had repelled an enemy attack and taken prisoners.

The enemy assault group of four infantrymen attempted to seize a building held by two Skala soldiers.

FPV drones arrived to support the Ukrainian soldiers, after which the enemy infantry scattered: a machine gunner fled the battlefield, one was neutralized, and two hid in the basement. Eventually, the Skala’s soldiers left the building and captured two invaders in the basement.
